Since I mentioned the pod-opening I thought I'd show the result. Amazing to think they will all turn black and escape through the 'vents' one day (you can tell I'm not a biologist!).
Well I've never seen the inside of a poppy before. Amazing to think these little white things will turn black and produce hundreds of new poppies! Thanks for sharing this photo. Blessings, Pamela
