There are loads of books of instructions on Zentangles and masses of stuff online and other people are a lot more expert than me - and strictly speaking this isn't a true Zentangle because I did a drawing first! Anyway, I hope it encourages other people to have a go. It's the most tremendous fun and really addictive.
