It's the thought that counts!

Every month local residents receive a free booklet about our town, mostly adverts, but always with a contribution from a member of our Camera Club. This month it was my turn - but sadly they missed my name out ! Never mind, it was nice to see the pics in print!

  3. Congratulations on getting published, Julia - and maybe with the next issue they'll put it right and publish your name! Credit where credit's due! Thank you for your encouraging comment - I am feeling very upbeat now it's all over, and the final phase is definitely RECOVERY!! I am so looking forward to getting my life back. It's been a long haul since mid-Jan. when all this started!

  7. Thanks for your lovely comment and your kind words! I don't feel particularly inspirational! I'm hoping to have a bit more energy in the coming days so I can do a bit more on the creative front but at the moment I have other priorities, like sorting out the kitchen!

  10. Thanks for another lovely comment, Julia - I am so aware of the pacing issue, having dealt with this for 8 years now with my M.E. but I'm not very good at it!! I thought I had it licked with the M.E. but the cancer and chemo seem to have thrown me back into novice mode as far as pacing is concerned! The hardest bit is stopping to rest BEFORE you feel tired!
