Adding borders to an image - Day22 of Kim's
Beyond Layers course. Finding out how to add a frame to an image. Going to try out other methods and effects. Although I knew how to do this I'm finding that Kim is demonstrating other more effective methods. It's a great course and I love discovering new things!
Fabulous colors!
ReplyDeleteand I love the image too: it deserves to be so well framed.

The framing certainly adds to the impact of your orchids Julia. I have missed a few of your posts and see you have been getting down amongst the daisies - for me the trouble is getting up again, with at least some dignity!
ReplyDeleteYour Scotland shots are stunning.
What a beauty.
ReplyDeleteThe Orchid photo is a wonderful example. I also thought I knew how to frame but never knew about stamp to avoid flattening...Yea to Kim!
ReplyDeleteSuch elegant beauty. The course sounds like good fun.
ReplyDeleteLovely border on a beautiful photograph Julia. I joined this 'course' too but havn't done anything at all with it! I see I have been missing out :-(
ReplyDeleteI love the way you overlapped the text with the border. Beautiful colors as well. Thank you for sharing.
