Lovely photos, as always, Julia. I particularly like the first one with the gorgeous colours in the weathered wood, and of course, the rusty nails! The cobweb is a bonus, too. Great shot. The out-of-focus garden implements in the background in the second one give a nice autumn tinge, and it's definitely berry time now.
Not seeing something until you see it on the screen sometimes happens to me. To take a photograph is often a good way to see or re-see an item.
