Now, that what I call summer...
What a lovely sight, obviously a very nice farmer!
Hi Julia, I enlarged it and it looks wonderful, the colours are great.Jackie
Wow! So beautiful! And beautifully shot too.
so worth enlarging to see the colours - breath taking, what a sight it must have been.
Tis a beauty, great name - Wild.lol.
What a gorgeous photo, Julia! I love to see wild flowers growing like that. I especially like wild poppies - sometimes you find whole fields of them! Glorious.
That field is beautiful! traveling in the car to Chester we pass a wonderful field full of wild flowers. Spectacular, but because of the traffic it's impossible to stop. Recently a sign, 'Land for Sale' has been put up. It makes me so sad to think those fowers will soon disappear!
Lovely : )
If you are ever Derbyshire way at the right time of the year, this place is somewhere to see and the artist who planted it has done some fabulous workhttp://www.dianegilder.co.uk/indexframeset2.htm
I love wildflowers and wish we had more of them around here. Too many farmers squeezing every dime out of every acre around us! Beautiful shot and hope you are enjoying sweet surprises all summer long!
Just beautiful, I have one poppy in my garden this year! (not been doing enough weeding I guess!)Thanks for your honest opinion - if no a twig, then what, do you think ;)?
Thank you for your comments! Every one is valued!
