I've been playing with layers this week - each image has three or four layers, using my photos although this time I used a background layer from
Shadowhouse Creations. I've also decided it's time to start something textile-y so the embellisher has had an airing this afternoon resulting in a broken needle. Too many layers!
so glad i saw your blog on Emma's blog. just today I was thinking about altering some photo's I took yesterday inside an old barn. not sure what I'm going to do to my photos. yours are so lovely I am inspired to try something.
ReplyDeleteI work with mainly recycled materials...so maybe i need some old barn wood.
I can't say which of your news works I like best, they are all so different...all are good.

Thanks for your comment Jill. I'll be interested in your work. Putting a print of your photos/layers actually onto a piece of old wood would work!
ReplyDeletethanks for stopping by my blog.
ReplyDeleteI think i fixed my email setting but if not
Jill_eudaly@yahoo.com. I'm a bit busy with several projects just now and family...I have no studio so it the dinning room table or any other spot i manage to land on. I will be stopping in to see your work and I'll leave a note when I start altering photos.
have a good day,
jill
